Laziness and Bubble Bubble Baths

What broke my day: Being the laziest person in the world for a day. That was me today. I had such an exhausting day yesterday that I guess my subconcious drained my motivation. I mean I told myself I was going to work out at noon, but I didn't go until 9 p.m. and even then it was a half-ass workout. I just couldn't seem to get anything done today, and I hate feeling unproductive. I did two productive things today....that's it, and it amounts to about an hour of actual work. I cleaned a cage for the raccoons, because they are too big for their old one, and I worked out, for a little bit. I sat, ate too much food, and watched the ENTIRE first season of the new Dr. Who, and didn't leave my bed the entire time. Do you know how much time that is? 9 hours, 34 minutes, and 38 seconds worth of useless time that I used today. When you don't do anything all day, you tend to feel lazy, and in my case, fat, bloated, and worthless. I'm so driven, that when I have these days, I just can't shake it, and remember them for weeks. I mean, yes, I do love Dr. Who, and yes, I have been doing pretty good lately on the whole lazy deal. But unless harvesting crops all day on Farmville counts as a way to help humaity, I have failed today, and that's just not acceptable.

What Made my day:Bubble baths. In the dark with a candle, while watching a sappy movie. Yeah. It was awesome. While it takes a little preparation, it is definitely worth it. After setting up my computer, so that it is far enough from the bathtub to be safe, but close enough to see (aka: on the toilet), and getting the perfect bathtub mixture of heat and bubbles (which is no easy job, I want to know how they make it so perfect in the movies), I could finally set the ambiance with a couple candles and turning off the lights. Then the relaxation can begin. There is something so calming about stepping into a tub and not having to stare at your own naked body, having it covered in a fluffy blanket of bubbles. It's like your bathing under a cloud. And in the flickering candlelight if you kick up your foot, the water glimmers and makes your legs look Victoria's Secret model sexy. Bubble baths are sexy, and it's totally worth all the trouble and the pruney toes and fingers that make you look like your 128 and a half. Closing your eyes, watching a chick flick and letting the warm water envelope you, washing away all the stress and worry is probably the most amazing feeling in the world. I don't know if the glimmering leg water thing works on men, or the ambiance either, and I highly doubt that it makes a man feel sexy, but today I realized that the perfect way to a woman's heart is to give her a perfect bubble bath, and just leave her alone for 45 minutes. It will make her day, it definitely made mine.
